Lab-grown Meat on the Horizon?

Dutch scientists report they have successfully created muscle from stem cells with the intent of producing an edible hamburger later this year. Professor Mark Post at Maastricht University in the Netherlands says synthetic meat could eventually provide food more efficiently and with less environmental impact than current production methods.
