Don Mothersbaugh, Associate Director of the Industrial Research Office, will be presenting Penn State's nanotechnology research and expertise at the TechConnect and Nanotech 2010 conferences in Anaheim.

Penn State Statistics:

  • Ranked #1 by the NSF among universities for materials research expenditures
  • More than 200 faculty members who are materials scientists, and nearly 100 who are nanotechnologists
  • $110 million nanotechnology funding from federal agencies since 2000
  • State-of-the-art, 275,000 square foot, $125 million nano/bio/materials complex, The Millennium Science Complex, is currently under construction
