Work-Holding Technology

A Photo-activated Adhesive Workholding System (PAWS) was developed at Penn State and patented for fixturing work-pieces for manufacturing processes. The technology is for applications where the work piece is difficult to hold due to geometric complexity, geometric variability, compliance, softness, or required machining access.
