ORP 2011 Client Satisfaction Survey Results Available
In October-December 2011, the Office for Research Protections (ORP) sought feedback on the performance and quality of service that customers received from each of the ORP's programs. Penn State's Survey Research Center (SRC) sent the Client Satisfaction Survey to 1930 individuals who had interacted with one or more ORP programs in the previous 12 months. Thank you to all of those who completed the survey. We are pleased to share a summary of the results of the survey.
