PSU Research Community Aids in AAHRPP Accreditation Visit

The human participant research program at Penn State is seeking accreditation through the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP). AAHRPP conducted a site review at Penn State early in May and identified many excellent aspects of our program. We expect to know the outcome of the accreditation process by year end.

The ORP would like to extend a special thank you to all of the IRB members, investigators, and department heads who participated in the site visit and helped to make it a positive experience.
