About PRAMS
PRAMS is Penn State’s Protocol Review Approval and Management System. PRAMS was designed by the Office for Research Information Systems (ORIS) and is maintained collaboratively by programmers at ORIS and project staff at the Office for Research Protections (ORP). PRAMS provides researchers with web-based access to submit and/or reference protocol information for IACUC, IBC, UIC, and IRB submissions at University Park and the Penn State College of Medicine/Hershey Medical Center.
