Fringe Benefits & F&A Costs

Fringe Benefits and F&A Costs must be included on every budget. They are actual costs that need to be recovered. Every salary must have a corresponding fringe rate. All budgets should have F&A included unless the funding is 100% Commonwealth or it is a 501(c)(3) foundation with published guidelines prohibiting F&A.
