Proposal Checklists - National Institutes of Health
Penn State proposals submitted to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) should be initiated using SIMS Budgets imported into a Cayuse packet submission (the Cayuse packet should be initiated through SIMS budgets only). The following checklists are a tool for ACOR members to use when assisting faculty, students, and postdocs with their NIH submissions. Please note, however, the checklists are not all encompassing, and are not to be used as a substitute for information contained in specific RFAs, the NIH SF424 (R&R) Application Guide, or the NIH Grants Policy Statement.
