Pell in her January 2001 speech to the Penn State Board of Trustees.

Research/Penn State, the University's general arts and sciences magazine, has been published by the Senior Vice President since 1980 to inform, entertain, and inspire the University community. Several years' worth of back issues of the magazine are now available on-line in searchable format. Subscriptions are available to educators in the U.S. free of charge.
