American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

ARRAThe American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provides unprecedented financial support for projects addressing current scientific challenges, encouraging short-term economic stimulus and long-term technological and economic development. However, the ARRA funding comes with its own special set of terms and conditions as well as unique reporting requirements.  This Web site is designed to serve as the Penn State portal for all things ARRA related and to provide our faculty and staff with guidance in their pursuit and administration of this unique funding opportunity.
