The Penn State Research and Technology Transfer Organization (RTTO) consists of four units working together to connect industry to Penn State researchers, promote the commercialization of University inventions through licensing agreements with companies, and provide business support, funding and space on campus for start-up companies. Our mission is to benefit society by stimulating economic development through the transfer and utilization of University research, knowledge and resources.
