Job Responsibilities:

• Works with system users and the Research Compliance Management Systems (RCMS) Project Implementation Team to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain the Centralized Application Tracking System (CATS) which is to replace PRAMS
• Creates detailed functional/business system requirements and specifications documentation
• Provides technical guidance to system users and liaises between system users and technical analysts
• Prepares and implements end-user documentation and University-wide training for system users
• Participates in best practices sessions with key constituents within the Office for Research Protections, Office for Research Information Systems, and related offices at Penn State Hershey to identify and implement system requirements
