Job Responsibilities
Crystal is a Senior Project Manager as well as Interim Lead of the SIRO Project Management Office. Crystal also provides leadership and strategic planning as part of the SIRO Administration Team.
Professional Background
Prior to SIRO, Crystal obtained a degree in Business Administration/Finance where she utilized as a Contract Administrator/Negotiator for 11 years at the PSU Applied Research Laboratory with cradle-to-grave oversight of Department of Defense sponsored research. Thereafter, Crystal transitioned to the Contracts Program Manager for the Applied Biological & Biosecurity Research Laboratory (ABRL) where she developed and led the research office with unique, rapid-acquisition contract arrangements. Most recently, Crystal participated in the SIRO Project Management Task Force and newly developed Project Management Office in support of University-wide strategic projects, and is currently a Senior PM and Interim Lead of the Office.
