ACES ENROLLMENT

ACES classes begin at the start of each fall semester. Individuals interested in enrolling in the ACES program should be prepared to commit to both semesters of the program. It is not possible to enroll in any given certificate or class independently. All classes are held on Friday mornings, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in 205LL The 330 Building, Innovation Park.

  • Applications for the 2019-2020 course must be submitted by July 15, 2019.
  • Accepted applicants will be notified of their enrollment in ACES by the end of  July.
  • The total cost for the 2019-2020 ACES course is $1,000.00, and will be billed in one transaction.

Participants will be provided materials electronically and encouraged to use a laptop in class in lieu of printing materials. This initiative has allowed the cost of the program to remain the same as 2010-2011.

Class size is limited to 40 participants. In the event the program is oversubscribed for the year, the ACES Review Committee will determine eligibility based on need and experience. A waiting list will be kept for those who may not be able to immediately enter the program. Wait listed individuals will receive first priority for the next class.

Budget that should be direct billed

The budget you designate will be direct-billed on the date of the first class of each certificate. Please inform your Financial Officer and Budget Executive in advance.
