ACES classes begin at the start of each fall semester. Individuals interested in applying to the ACES program should be prepared to commit to both semesters of the program. It is not possible to enroll in any given certificate or class independently. All classes are held on Friday mornings, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ACES will be offered remotely.
Participants will be provided materials electronically and Canvas will be used as the course management system.
Class size is limited. In the event the program reaches class capacity, the ACES Review Committee will determine enrollment based on relevance to current position and level of experience.
Due to the increasing demand for ACES and our desire to keep the course available to those with the most need, we will no longer maintain a waitlist.
Check with your Financial Officer or Budget Executive to make sure you have the correct SIMBA information. Please inform your Financial Officer or Budget Executive that billing will occur at the end of the first semester.

I understand that by completing this form I am indicating an interest in participating in the ACOR Certification and Education Series (ACES). ACES is a one-year (two semester) certification program. If selected to enroll in the program, I commit to attend all educational sessions (some exceptions apply). Certification will be granted contingent upon attendance at all educational sessions and achieving a passing score of 80% or higher on four assessments (two per semester).
