Do you want to know how you spend your time in school?
College-life presents a plethora of possibilities for new social experiences, activities, and other prospects, it can be difficult for college-aged young adults to decide how to spend their time in an efficient, healthy, and personally beneficial fashion. With so many experiences, opportunities, and possibilities vying for the college student's time, learning to manage time for optimum individual benefit is of the utmost importance.
We are interested in researching how to foster healthy behaviors in college students through self-monitoring data collection and reflection. Participation in the study lasts one week, and entails interacting with a study website, answering a daily survey (approximately 10 minutes per day), installing apps on your smartphone and your laptop. After one week of participation, attending a follow-up interview with the study team. The interview study will be audio recorded. This study is approved by the Penn State IRB (STUDY00006062). Participants will receive $15.00 upon completion of the study.
