Job Responsibilities
Seana works with faculty and research offices across Penn State to coordinate the development of university-wide, multi-institutional, interdisciplinary, research proposals with an international focus.
Professional Background
Seana joined the SIRO team in 2023. She received a Ph.D. in Educational Theory & Policy with an International and Comparative Education concentration from Penn State. Her experience includes higher education administration, academic affairs, teaching, and academic proposal development. Away from work, Seana enjoys organic gardening, time with family, reading, and restoring a century old home.
