Kaitlin serves as a member of the Grants and Contractual Compliance Team. The team’s main responsibilities include:
- Review and processing of standard federal grants from various agencies such as National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Office of Naval Research (ONR), and others.
- Review and processing of other non-negotiable agreement types such as Tuition Agreements, Expedited ARSOs, Student NDAs, and others.
- Assist with the monitoring and resolution of various delinquent report notifications received on behalf of the University.
In addition, Kaitlin also serves as a member of the OSP Events Committee and Terms and Conditions Committee.
Kaitlin began her Penn State career at OSP in 2024 and is a 2023 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
