Jacob serves the Penn State Research Administration community with a focus on proposal submissions. He is a member of the OSP Proposal Team, which submits proposals to state and federal agencies, industry sponsors, and non-profits for various units experiencing immediate staffing needs or significant increases in proposal submissions.
Jacob began his career in Research Administration and Sponsored Programs at Shippensburg University. This led to grants positions with Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
