- Senior Proposal Generalist
Steve serves the Penn State Research Administration community with a focus on proposal submissions. He is a member of the OSP Proposal Team, which submits proposals to state and federal agencies, industries, and non-profits for various units experiencing immediate staffing needs or significant increases in proposal submissions.
Steve began his career in Research Administration as a Pre-Award Services Specialist at the University of California, Los Angeles which led to a position in the central office of Contracts and Grants at University of Southern California where he was responsible for the administration of Pre and Post Award for a complement of departments and schools within the university. Steven joined the Office of Sponsored Programs in July 2023 bringing with him extensive experience in Research Administration in Academia.
