Ms. Julianne Douglas is the Energy Harvesting Technology Lead in the US Army Communications-Electronics Research Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Command, Power, and Integration Directorate (CP&ID), Power Division. Her focus areas include research, development, engineering, testing, and evaluation of wearable power systems such as electromechanical kinetic energy harvesting, piezoelectrics, thermoelectrics, and solar.
