Join Dr. Joy Gayles for a special program on tenure and time management, brought to you as a partnership between the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity.

This workshop will help participants:

  • Identify common time-management challenges and how to avoid them
  • Discuss why and how to align work time with institutional and personal priorities
  • Establish strategies to create time for academic writing and research
  • Offer new ways to organize support networks and concrete skills to transition successfully to a tenure-line professorship

Dr. Gayles is a professor in Educational Leadership at North Carolina State University.
