  • Planning Phase
    • Fall 2022 - Summer 2023
    • Planning phase began in Fall 2022 and continued through Summer 2023.
  • Development Phase
    • Fall 2023
    • Development began in Fall 2023.
    • Penn State and Huron worked together to input business needs into the system.
  • Testing Phase
    • Spring 2024
    • Testing anticipated to begin in Spring 2024
  • Phase I Roll Out
    • Fall 2024
    • The system will go live in the Fall of 2024 with a limited group of disclosers. 
  • Phase II Roll Out
    • Spring 2025
    • All disclosers will use Transformed COINS starting with the 2025 Annual Disclosure Season.
