As a Contract Administrator, Kelley’s primary focus is reviewing, creating, and processing subawards and modifications. Kelley also serves as an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) for proposal submissions. She is the Chair of the OSP Diversity and Events Committee and a member of the OSP Subaward Committee.
Kelley started her Penn State career in Electrical Engineering in 2015. She later became a Pre-Award Research Administrator in the College of Agricultural Sciences before joining the Office of Sponsored Programs in 2018.
