La’retta joined OSP in 2022 as a Contracting Officer. She reviews RFPs, processes gifts and grants, and negotiates contracts, non-disclosure agreements, subawards, and modifications thereto.
La’retta holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and a BA in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Minor in Philosophy. La’retta has over 15 years experience with grants management.

- Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences
- Institutes of Energy and the Environment (IEE)
- Materials Research Institute (MRI)
- La'retta also negotiates the following special agreements:
