Certificate of Scientific Exchange (COSE)
Penn State researchers who are importing or exporting collections of animal or plant specimens are eligible to use the institutional COSE permit. Researchers must sign the Terms of Use document before the COSE permit can be made available for use. To inquire about the COSE permit or to request the Terms of Use document, email orp-scidive@psu.edu.
